Education Speaker and Coach for Conference and In-set Training

I work with schools and individuals involved in education. I'm a teacher turned speaker and author. And here at The Confidence Press we organise inset days to tackle the unsettled feelings and emotions brought about by inspections and the burden of legislation. We work with our clients to reduce the fundamental issues that are at the root of such problems. Together, we devise ways for them to lead happier more balanced lives and change their outlook from frustration to fulfillment. We help schools to make the most of their resources and choices.

Our key education clients are leaders in schools and colleges who are moving forward. We offer them a personal development sat. nav; a skills programme designed for education to boost confidence and prepare staff for Ofsted. We coach head teachers and leaders from the primary, secondary and further education sectors. Over the past decade Eilidh has worked in hundreds of schools in UK and Europe and more recently in Australia and the Middle East. These schools have ranged from prestigious independent establishments, to academies and comprehensives in challenged areas. She is the author the happiness curriculum for teachers her first award winning book, "Love your life...survive the system."  Click here for more on wellbeing and mindfulness.

"Eilidh’s larger than life personality and sunny, outgoing disposition made a huge impact on those in attendance. She presented a day conference for primary headteachers in Cumbria organised by the Cumbria Primary Headteachers’ Association in conjunction with Cumbria Children’s Services. Our day was well- attended and the theme was based around Headteacher Well-Being, an area high on the current agenda." Alex Wilkinson Executive Officer Cumbria PHA

Staff and Student Support

In short, we work with pupils and staff; with the academically least able to Oxbridge hopefuls and with teachers from NQT to seasoned professional and head teachers and deputies from both the primary and secondary sectors in group sizes ranging from five to five hundred and more. Click here for our Stand & Deliver Workshops for students.

Regardless of the location, Eilidh’s energy, enthusiasm and excitement inspires her audiences around the globe. Her high impact presentations coupled with her desire to see everyone fulfill his/her true potential makes her voted as one of the best conference speakers and personal development trainers on the education speaking circuit today.

Support For Stakeholders

The best conversations revolve around how to connect your life world and what you believe in as teachers to the system world that you have to work within. Making connections across these two worlds only takes place through discussion and sharing ideas and views using your motivations and our experience. In so doing, you continue to deepen and broaden your own identity as leaders. Our courses form a series of fast-moving mini-seminars and discussions covering many the topics and wide range of issues that face schools today. More here.

  • Do your colleagues embrace your objectives - do they share your enthusiasm and vision?
  • Are you a head teacher, principal, senior leader or nursery provider with staff heading for meltdown?
  • You may be meeting your targets with a good Ofsted Report and feel happy with the status quo, or maybe you are experiencing ever increasing pressure and stress?
  • Are you completely happy at work and simply need some fresh ideas and support?
  • Or do you feel drained, isolated and demoralised?
  • Are you frustrated when your school lags behind and all your effort goes unrecognised?

Ofsted or ISI?

  • Perhaps you have an imminent school inspection?
  • Are your messages clearly understood or do you often feel misunderstood?
  • Do you sometimes feel out on a limb and battered by initiatives?
  • Are you really happy at work and simply need some new ideas and support?
  • Do you need help to create an outstanding SEF?

Confidence, happiness well-being...
