Confidence is a moment-to-moment choice. It's not about title, position or luck. Confidence is for everyone, everyday. It's how you live your life. Yet many people experience a confidence crisis some point. That's where I come in. I help my clients make insightful decisions to move forward. And stories are an important component in my confidence toolbox.

It's Gonna Be OKAY!
If you've been in one of my training sessions, you may have heard me refer to The Piano Guys. Good training uses a multi-sensory approach and I love to incorporate music, video clips and activities. We all learn differently. Some by doing (kinaesthetic) others by seeing (visual) and yet others by listening (auditory.) In fact, most people use all three however everyone tends to have a preference. Regardless of yours, tune into The Piano Guys. It's Gonna Be OKAY! Here are the lyrics:
Doubt is a broken record that plays inside my head
I try to turn it down, but I can't quite drown it out
I'm tortured everyday, these never ending worries, pulling on my sleeves...
No matter what you've been through here you are
No matter if you think you're falling apart
It's gonna be, okay...
